It had marvellous and magnificent location, just next door to restaurants and the Riverwalk, pubs and restaurants and specialty shops and what more could one ask. It also was close to a park which is on the water.

The location of this hotel just next door to many restaurants and the Tryon Palace as well as a park which is on the water was great and excellent. The place was short walk from Bakers Kitchen, where you can have dinner.

Charming innkeepers, excellent downtown location near Riverwalk and stores. Delicious breakfast, attentive staff with great local recommendations. Comfortable rooms, good water pressure. Lovely historic building with interesting room names. Perfect for exploring the area on foot.

It was in the central location on the house next store alot of noise. Further, it was near to Close to pubs, restaurants and shopping, and the town center.
Facilities were modern, even so Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Location: the hotel was close to the downtown shops, the wonderful downtown and the historic homes, and beautiful old New Bern. In the evening we visited Thai Angel, set walking distance from the venue. The room was bright and tidy in general, with comfortable bed.

Overall it was a perfectly pleasant stay in a historic town located almost said-distant between our own homes. The room with a king bed. The staff were friendly and amicable, gave us great tips. Our food was good.

The rooms with a king bed are comfortable, and the attention to detail in the basic amenities is evident. The friendly and accommodating staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast, described by previous guests as being presented like a 5-star restaurant, is a delightful way to start the day.

The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Tryon Palace. The staff was awesome and wonderful and recommended a great restaurant on-site. The breakfast was gorgeous and very good with variety of excellent food on offer.
